Trish has worked as Peter Hall’s Electorate Officer at his Traralgon office since December 1988. Many constituents would have spoken to Trish over the years.
Prior to working with Peter, she worked as an Electorate officer for Peter McGauran, Federal member for Gippsland, for five years at his Sale office.
Originally Trish worked for Peter Nixon in Orbost for nearly five years, starting in 1970, when he originally held the position of Federal member for Gippsland, until his retirement.
Having grown up in Maffra before working in Melbourne, Trish went to live in Orbost, when she first married her husband Ron. School promotions over the years for Ron took them to Yarram, Nhill, Sale and now Traralgon, so she knows the electorate well.
Working for 3 politicians all called Peter, and for a collective total of 28 plus years,
Trish says that she feels like part of the furniture!!
But she wouldn’t swap her job, as she loves it. It has given her a great deal of pleasure to work with the people of Gippsland, and help when needed.

her home town of Traralgon with her husband Travis to be closer
to family. She has thoroughly enjoyed her time working with
Peter, who has proven to be a very family friendly boss, and she
loves the different challenges the jobs brings with it every
day.
She works together with Trish in assisting Peter to deliver the
best possible outcomes for the people of Gippsland.
